Gringo's Shaved Ice

We are a premium shaved ice business specializing in New Orleans style shaved ice. Some use the terms shave ice, snow cone, sno cone and many others but there is only shaved ice (snow like) at Gringo’s Shaved Ice.

Few shaved ice businesses exist with access to an organic fruit orchard, we are that shaved ice business. Our access to fruit sits behind our shaved ice kitchen at 2260 Old Zorn Rd. San Marcos TX. The Orchard in San Marcos was started in May 2014 and grows the following fruit trees: 6 varieties of peach, 2 varieties of pear, 3 varieties of apple, 2 varieties of plum, 2 varieties of blueberry, blackberry, Meyer lemon and Mexican lime.

Shaved ice should contain only the finest ingredients like pure cane sugar- no high fructose corn syrup. Our water is filtered via reverse osmosis filtration for the purest tasting shaved ice flavors and ice.

Fresh fruit is added to our shaved ice cups sliced not blended.
